On Thursday, guar seed prices experienced a decline of Rs 26, settling at Rs 5,905 per quintal in futures trade, attributed to ample supplies in the market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for June delivery decreased by Rs 26, or 0.44 per cent, settling at Rs 5,905 per quintal, accompanied by an open interest of 19,265 lots.

It had concluded at Rs 5,931 per quintal in the prior session.
