Guar gum contracts for delivery in June had a gain of Rs 137, which is equivalent to 1.22 percent, hitting Rs 11,263 per quintal on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange. This increase was accompanied by an open interest of 58,925 lots.
After conducting an examination of the prevalent tendencies in the physical market, traders boosted their positions, which led to an increase in the prices of guar gum.
