According to futures trading, the price of guar gum reached Rs 8,477 per quintal on Friday, indicating a Rs 33 gain from the previous day. It is possible that speculators have increased their holdings in reaction to the substantial demand that is present in the spot market, which has led to this increase.
Guar gum contracts for December delivery on the NCDEX had a gain of Rs 33, which is equivalent to 0.39%, reaching Rs 8,477 per quintal. This increase was accompanied by an open interest of 47,920 lots pertaining to the product.
The increase in guar gum prices can be attributed to the fact that traders boosted their positions after conducting an in-depth research of the physical market dynamics that were currently functioning.
