In the futures market, the prices of guar seeds witnessed a decrease of Rs 33, ultimately closing at Rs 4,970 per quintal. This change can be linked to the current abundant supply conditions that are in place.

The contracts for guar seed that were due for delivery in November on the NCDEX witnessed a loss of Rs 33, which reflected a decrease of 0.66%. As a result, the price of each quintal dropped to Rs 4,970. There were 46,735 lots that were available for purchase.

According to market players, the decrease in the pricing of guar seeds might be attributed to the increased supply that is coming from the regions that are farming the seeds.
