Through futures trading, the price of guar gum experienced a significant increase of Rs 131, reaching Rs 8,782 per quintal. This increase was driven by speculators who increased their holdings in reaction to the robust demand that was observed in the spot market.

Guar gum contracts that were earmarked for delivery in November had an upward movement on the NCDEX. These contracts increased by Rs 131, which is equivalent to a percentage increase of 1.49%, resulting in a trading price of Rs 8,782 per quintal. There were 34,985 lots that were available for purchase.

Following a detailed analysis of the actual market dynamics that were now in place, market experts reported that traders increased their speculative positions, which ultimately led to an increase in the price of guar gum.
